Division Procurement Manager (O&G) (EPC procurement): Managing procurement, subcontracting, expediting, and logistics activities for a large Oil & Gas EPC project with an accent on vendor selection, contract compliance, cost control, and material delivery. Focus on leading a 5–6-person team, coordinating cross-functional interfaces, and managing procurement execution for projects above USD 50M with ADNOC or equivalent requirements.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates, based in the Dubai office with weekly visits to the project site

What you will do
- Establish and manage the Procurement Execution Plan, Logistics Plan, Procurement Plan, and procurement tracking schedule.
- Lead procurement activities for materials, services, and subcontracts from material requisition through delivery, construction support, commissioning, and closeout.
- Manage vendor-list preparation, technical and commercial evaluations, vendor selection, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Drive procurement strategies and cost-saving targets while ensuring compliance with client, contractual, legal, and company requirements.
- Coordinate Engineering, Project Control, Construction, Quality, Stores, Expediting, Logistics, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Lead the procurement team, issue project reports, assess risks and impacts, and implement corrective actions and process training.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including large Oil & Gas and EPC projects.
- Experience with EPC projects above USD 50M involving ADNOC or an equivalent client is required.
- Experience leading and managing a team of 5–6 people.
- High mobility and willingness to travel between the Dubai office and project site.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and related software; fluent English.
