Procurement Lead (Offshore Subsea)

What you will do

• Lead procurement activities for ADNOC offshore EPC, FEED, brownfield, and greenfield projects.
• Develop procurement strategies, plans, schedules, status reports, and governance processes.
• Manage sourcing, RFQs, tenders, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract awards.
• Manage suppliers and contractors, including qualification, audits, performance reviews, disputes, and expediting.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and offshore delivery of materials and equipment.
• Lead procurement engineers, buyers, expeditors, and specialists while coordinating with engineering, construction, project controls, logistics, QA/QC, and HSE teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
• At least 15 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas, EPC, or Energy sector, including 5 years in a Procurement Lead or Senior Procurement role.
• Proven experience managing procurement for offshore oil and gas projects, including EPC, FEED, and brownfield modification work.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, commercial evaluation, supplier management, expediting, and supply chain risk management.
• Knowledge of ADNOC procurement procedures, ADNOC ICV requirements, UAE commercial and contract regulations, and international supply chain practices.
• Experience with SAP ERP MM, SAP Ariba, Oracle ERP, Power BI, advanced Excel, Aconex, and procurement or contract management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADNOC Group projects or major international operators.
• Experience managing procurement packages exceeding USD 50–100 million.
• CIPS Level 5/6, PMP, APICS CSCP, MCIPS, or CPSM certification.
• Knowledge of FIDIC principles and ISO 9001 quality management requirements.
