What you will do
- Manage purchasing processes for solar energy projects, ensuring timely delivery, policy compliance, and effective budget utilization.
- Prepare and issue equipment and logistics RFQs, consolidate technical and commercial feedback, and coordinate clarifications with OEMs and vendors.
- Evaluate quotations and present commercial and technical results to project stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate the preparation, execution, and documentation of supply contracts and purchase orders.
- Manage supply schedules, material cost forecasts, transportation routes, and logistics provider negotiations.
- Qualify equipment factories and local OEMs, and maintain quality and qualification requirements for PV modules, inverters, trackers, and wind turbines.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience procuring main equipment for renewable energy projects such as PV solar and wind plants, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in renewable energy EPC works.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of renewable energy, EPC works, bids and proposals, commercial risk, project finance, and corporate, financial, and legal matters.
- Technical knowledge of quality requirements and performance indicators for PV modules, inverters, and trackers, including experience with IPP tenders.
- Strong research, analytical, communication, negotiation, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- MBA or a relevant master’s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized institution.
