Principal Technology Engineer (Workplace Technology and AI Enablement)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week at a Guardian office in Holmdel, NJ, New York, NY, or Bethlehem, PA

Salary: $118,980–$195,465 base pay annually, with potential eligibility for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Advance workplace, communications, and collaboration capabilities for agency and producer partners.
• Champion the implementation and adoption of AI tools, including copilots, meeting summarization, automation, and productivity solutions.
• Gather field feedback, identify technology gaps, influence vendor improvements, and drive continuous workplace enhancements.
• Research, design, propose, and implement secure workplace solutions across Windows, cloud, and mobile platforms.
• Manage approved field technology requests, maintain ownership information, and support agency tools such as Storefront and email branding.
• Create architectural visions and roadmaps while partnering with messaging, workplace, help desk, cybersecurity, and field technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing and training users on AI-driven solutions such as copilots, automation, and insights.
• Solid understanding of workplace, messaging, collaboration, communication, and productivity technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Zoom, Hearsay, AWS or Azure, Mac and PC environments, and mobile technologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and execution skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
