What you will do

• Set direction and contribute to the strategy for machine learning and AI initiatives.
• Architect scalable, efficient machine learning systems and integrate advanced ML techniques into existing workflows.
• Develop frameworks for model interpretability, fairness, explainability, ethical compliance, and regulatory alignment.
• Design production monitoring and maintenance systems, including alerting, retraining pipelines, and model governance.
• Promote AI/ML engineering best practices and lead cross-functional teams through high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in machine learning, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing machine learning systems.
• Extensive knowledge of ML algorithms, large-scale data pipelines, real-time ML serving, and production model scaling.
• 10+ years of proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with data governance, security, regulatory compliance, fairness, transparency, and ethical considerations in AI systems.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as dbt and Airflow, big-data technologies such as Spark, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, and Neo4j, and cloud ML services from AWS and Azure.
