Warranty Operations Coordinator

What you will do

• Process daily RMA requests and warranty orders to meet customer SLAs.
• Coordinate with shipping, logistics, customer returns, procurement, and IT teams to resolve issues and fulfill requests on time.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, answer warranty-process questions, and escalate unresolved cases when necessary.
• Monitor inventory against order requests and communicate potential shortages.
• Identify recurring problems and delays in the RMA workflow and recommend process improvements.
• Adapt to changing customer priorities while maintaining a positive, service-focused approach.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in order processing, customer service, or warranty operations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to anticipate risks and solve problems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Ability to learn new tasks, work collaboratively, and change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
