• Collaborate with internal departments on escalations and product enhancement requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
