Location: Miami, United States; full-time, onsite role

What you will do
- Manage Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
- Coordinate insurance communications and medical treatment.
- Support settlement negotiations under attorney supervision.
- Handle Florida bodily injury, PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
- Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent plaintiff personal injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience.
- Experience handling Florida bodily injury, PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
- Experience working at a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Ability to perform settlement and negotiation-related activities under attorney supervision without providing legal advice or performing duties requiring a licensed attorney.
