Case Manager

What you will do

• Manage an active caseload of 100–150 personal injury cases.
• Evaluate prospective cases and make funding decisions of up to $10K.
• Coordinate medical treatment, including appointments, medical-record review, and transportation.
• Build relationships with law firms and medical providers while communicating with attorneys, clients, and providers.
• Prioritize daily and weekly workflows and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service and revenue goals.
• Occasionally support training for new team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and the lifecycle of a personal injury case.
• Strong customer service, organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to assess case metrics, maintain professional relationships, and make timely independent decisions with supervisor support.
• Ability to work in-office in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of personal injury industry or legal experience.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency.
