Bilingual Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

Location: San Antonio, Texas, US; remote work initially, transitioning to hybrid work after the San Antonio office opens.

What you will do

• Explain and execute attorney-client contracts.
• Interview clients, supporting and expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Collect insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other case evidence.
• Conduct legal research and manage personal injury case files from start to finish.
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle cases on clients' behalf when appropriate.
• Record and update case file statuses in the case management system.

Requirements

• Active license and good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 1–3 years of personal injury plaintiff or defense experience preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong motivation.
