Sr. Staff Product Operations Engineer (Manufacturing): Bridging customer engineering, product design, and factory operations to translate requirements into manufacturable inputs for hyperscale compute, storage, and high-density AI GPU systems with an accent on manufacturing readiness, quality, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on resolving manufacturability issues across NPI and mass production, guiding technical launches, and balancing customer requirements with yield and operational feasibility.

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; onsite full-time role

Salary: $124,500–$182,600 base salary per year, with potential bonus eligibility

What you will do

  • Lead the technical interface between customer engineering, product design, and factory teams.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable inputs for NPI, manufacturing, test, and quality engineering.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve manufacturability issues across new product introduction and mass production.
  • Partner with NPI and technical launch teams to embed customer-driven requirements into new product launches.
  • Own complex cross-functional manufacturing and operations issues across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Represent factory requirements in customer engineering discussions and guide robust, scalable, manufacturable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, electrical, systems, or related engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 8–15 years of relevant engineering experience, or 6–12 years with a master’s degree.
  • Experience in manufacturing, test, quality, electrical, or systems engineering.
  • Experience working with customer-facing engineering groups and communicating technical requirements across stakeholder levels.
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, lean programs, Microsoft Office, and distributed cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in global, matrixed environments.
  • Master’s degree in engineering.
