Sr. Operational Excellence Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Analyze capacity versus product mix changes with cross-functional teams.
• Develop reporting analytics for continuous improvement initiatives and operational metrics.
• Monitor cycle time, direct labor efficiency, on-time delivery, quality, cost, and process performance.
• Capture real-time measurement data for capital and cost-saving initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and reduce cycle time, inventory, overtime, headcount, and process variation.
• Guide cross-functional teams in planning and executing sustainable manufacturing improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience leading or supporting continuous improvement projects in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
• At least 3 years of experience in a traditional manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience with manufacturing methodologies, capacity modeling, data analysis, and project management.
• Expertise in Excel data manipulation; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and educating teams on Lean methodologies and Kaizen events, with root cause analysis and systemic problem-solving skills.
