Senior Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Build and manage detailed plans for multiple high-priority initiatives, including milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines.
• Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives, ensuring decisions become action.
• Identify risks, blockers, scope changes, and capacity constraints, proposing paths forward.
• Maintain real-time project health reporting and communicate progress and insights to leadership.
• Create scalable project systems, templates, and processes for repeatable execution.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives on time and at scope.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining attention to detail and momentum.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or pragmatic hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience building project infrastructure and processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, influencing, and accountability skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a similar technical domain.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent certification.
