Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor (30150)

Location: Austin, Texas, USA; travel between multiple properties required

Compensation: $27–$29 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated timeframes and turn over vacated apartments within five days of move-out.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to maintain health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, lock, door, and access-control systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces and perform manual repairs.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarms, and other building systems.
• Document work performance and material procurement while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ability to travel to and from multiple properties in the Austin area as needed.
• High school diploma.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Participation in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training is required.

Nice to have

• HVAC, CMRP, or another relevant certification.
