Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Floating)

Location: Rincon, Georgia, USA; regular on-site attendance and travel between properties are required.

Salary: $28.05–$33.00

What you will do

• Prepare apartments for move-in through painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, housekeeping, and general repairs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests and service needs.
• Perform maintenance work involving plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical systems, carpentry, and painting.
• Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, dog parks, and other amenities.
• Report concerns in vacant units, model units, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in on-call scheduling for after-hours emergencies and complete scheduled maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational education.
• Valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II certification, and CPO or locally required certification.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance, operating, safety, and policy documents.
• Ability to write routine reports, perform basic calculations, and follow written, oral, and diagrammed instructions.
• Ability to attend the assigned site reliably, work outdoors in varying weather, use ladders and stairs, and lift or move up to 100 pounds.
