Senior Staff Product Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $168,000–$268,000 annually, depending on US tier, level, role, and location; equity and bonus available.

What you will do

• Lead the product management function and manage a small team of product managers.
• Coach and develop PMs, helping strong executors grow into strategic leaders.
• Set standards for product discovery, planning, execution, measurement, and customer validation.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, GTM, and executive leadership to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Improve roadmap development, product reviews, planning, prioritization, and decision-making frameworks.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, authority, and autonomy across the product organization.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience, including leading or managing product managers.
• Strong experience coaching and developing product management talent.
• Excellent customer discovery and validation skills, including interviews that uncover objective insights and customer needs.
• Strong judgment, pragmatism, communication, ownership, and cross-functional influence.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with the discipline required to support enterprise customers.
• Strong fundamentals in roadmap development, prioritization, product strategy, stakeholder management, metrics, and execution.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling a product management function.
• Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, security, cloud, or enterprise software.
• Experience supporting self-hosted, open-source, or technical buyer motions.
• Experience improving product operating systems without adding unnecessary process.
