What you will do

• Coach and develop product managers to grow from strong executors into strategic leaders.
• Set high standards for product discovery, planning, execution, and measurement.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Create clarity around product priorities, tradeoffs, and investment decisions.
• Lead customer discovery to ensure product decisions are grounded in objective evidence.
• Improve product organization operations, including roadmapping, reviews, and decision-making frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Significant product management experience, including leading or managing other PMs.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing product management talent.
• Strong customer discovery and validation skills with the ability to uncover real needs.
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments while maintaining enterprise-grade discipline.
• Strong fundamentals in product strategy, prioritization, and stakeholder management.

• Experience building or scaling a product management function.
• Background in developer tools, infrastructure, security, or enterprise software.
