BMW Service Manager

What you will do

• Oversee the service department, including technicians, service advisors, the service call center, valet, detailers, and the service lane.
• Forecast department goals and objectives and work toward meeting them.
• Coordinate with the Parts Manager and shop foreman to ensure timely parts availability and proper vehicle servicing.
• Prepare and administer the annual service department operating budget.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and communicate maintenance and service needs clearly.
• Motivate, train, develop, and reward employees while maintaining service quality and integrity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Writer or Assistant Service Manager.
• Strong customer service, team management, motivation, and employee development skills.
• Experience with ADP, DCS, or other automotive software.
• Prior technician experience or strong technical aptitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
