Assistant Facility Manager (Automotive)

Location: NC-Ballantyne Car Care Plus, United States; work is performed at an automotive repair facility during service center hours.

Annual salary: $55,000–$70,000, plus monthly performance-based bonus potential.

What you will do

• Support daily automotive repair facility operations, including expenses, inventory, workflow, and financial performance.
• Monitor business results and help drive productivity, revenue, profitability, volume, and gross profit goals.
• Supervise and coach Service Advisors and other team members on performance and customer service expectations.
• Partner with the Facility Manager on employee development, performance management, and policy compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Promote safety compliance and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least one year of experience working with automotive or truck systems.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify opportunities and risks, and make sound business decisions.
• Leadership, teamwork, relationship-building, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and challenging situations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous supervisory, management, or project management experience.
• Customer service and sales experience.
