Service Manager (Automotive)

Location: Onsite in Lincolnwood, Illinois, United States. Monday–Saturday schedule, with Sundays and one weekday off. The role will initially be based at the Lincolnwood Kia dealership and is connected to a new Chicago facility projected for completion in 2027.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year.

hirify.global is expanding its Kia dealership operations with a new state-of-the-art Chicago facility planned to include more than 30 service bays.

What you will do

• Oversee daily service department operations, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
• Train, mentor, hire, and develop service department employees.
• Ensure service work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor KPIs, adjust business strategies, and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a dealership service manager.
• Leadership experience mentoring and training team members.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations and profitability strategies.
• Ability to work onsite in Lincolnwood and follow a Monday–Saturday schedule.
