Jackie Cooper BMW is Oklahoma City's sole BMW dealership, focused on servicing and repairing BMW vehicles while developing automotive technicians.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles, troubleshoot issues, determine repair needs, and execute dispatched repair orders.
• Perform quality-control checks and complete required documentation in accordance with regulations and standards.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts department personnel to support efficient service delivery.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, inventory, safety, environmental standards, and vehicle cleanliness during service.
• Attend company and BMW training, staff meetings, and educational classes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, including composure under stress.
• Basic computer and internet skills; professional, dependable, safety-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• At least one year of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
