What you will do

• Manage assigned aviation construction projects and oversee operating group operations with bottom-line profit accountability.
• Review and approve project estimates, budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontracts, and major material purchases.
• Lead project planning, mobilization, job setup, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and close-out activities.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise construction personnel while enforcing company, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor project cash flow, progress payments, management reporting, performance evaluations, and project status.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development, proposal presentations, and division business planning.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of field construction experience, including supervisory experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and other project management control systems.
• Full-time work in San Francisco, CA, United States.
