Construction & Logistics Manager (Aviation / Airport Projects)

Salary: $156,000–$176,000 annually

What you will do

• Plan, review, approve, and implement construction logistics and phasing plans that interface with ongoing airport operations.
• Coordinate site access, haul routes, staging areas, crane operations, deliveries, material handling, traffic management, and parking-related construction activities.
• Lead logistics meetings and coordinate contractors, airport operations, airlines, tenants, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Administer the CALM application, maintain project and stakeholder records, support GIS updates and onboarding, and verify data accuracy.
• Manage staging lot plans, logs, allocations, inspections, housekeeping, SWPPP compliance, signage, circulation, and security protocols.
• Prepare and coordinate Project Awareness Reports, construction activity space requests, interface reviews, and operational impact reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing construction logistics on aviation, airport, or highly operational infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction phasing, stakeholder coordination, operational continuity, airport operations, safety, and security requirements.
• Ability to manage operational-impacting activities in constrained or active environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, and Oracle Unifier.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, field coordination, and problem-solving skills.
