Construction Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of kitchen modifications, including design, permitting, construction, inspection, and handoff to operations.
• Build and refine scalable deployment processes for installing hundreds of Bowl Builders and other autonomous technologies.
• Manage construction budgets, cost controls, and multiple concurrent small-to-medium-scale projects.
• Navigate permitting, inspections, jurisdictional code constraints, and authority-having-jurisdiction requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, and kitchen onboarding teams while removing critical-path blockers.
• Manage internal stakeholders, external clients, and a growing team of project managers.

Requirements

• Experience developing commercial kitchens or technically similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction budgeting and cost control.
• Experience with permitting and inspection processes across different jurisdictions.
• Program management experience overseeing multiple parallel workstreams and technical teams.
• Strong internal stakeholder and external client management skills.
• Technical understanding of engineering systems and construction code constraints.
