Applications Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Norcross, Georgia, United States; on-site. The role requires 50–75% travel, including international travel.

What you will do

• Conduct site assessments and translate customer warehouse workflows into validated solution designs.
• Maintain site configuration sheets and configure systems according to specifications.
• Execute quality hand-offs, on-site installation, and system commissioning.
• Deliver hands-on operator training to customer teams.
• Own the post-launch support window by monitoring performance and resolving early issues.
• Report site status, risks, and outcomes while documenting gaps and feeding lessons learned into deployment materials.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of combined solutions or industrial engineering, warehouse management, and field service or commissioning experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and material-handling workflows.
• Strong training and instructional skills with direct customer-facing experience on site.
• Ability to identify and implement solutions to customer problems involving hirify.global systems.
• Strong communication skills and confidence providing feedback internally and externally.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% of the time, including internationally.
