Senior Manager, Value Transformation Office

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia or Oakland, United States, with office attendance three days per week

Salary: $109,400–$215,500, $120,300–$237,000, or $131,200–$258,500 annually depending on compensation zone; incentive plan eligibility also applies.

What you will do

• Analyze business and operational data to identify margin improvement opportunities and build the enterprise three-year pipeline.
• Evaluate opportunities across portfolio optimization, design-to-value, operational excellence, and network design.
• Document, size, prioritize, and develop business cases covering value potential, timing, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional margin improvement workstreams with Business Unit, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Commercial, and functional leaders.
• Manage governance, milestones, action plans, risk mitigation, and financial value realization with Finance.
• Prepare executive updates covering pipeline status, value tracking, risks, mitigations, and decision needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation and complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience in at least one supply chain domain, such as procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, inventory, or network optimization.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L drivers, COGS, distribution, working capital, savings tracking, and benefit realization.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel and data visualization, including analysis of large operational datasets.
• Strong facilitation, program leadership, communication, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CPG experience with consulting experience.
• MBA or a relevant master’s degree.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience.
