Senior Program Manager - Best Practices - Supply Chain Network (Supply Chain)

Location: Seattle, Washington, with travel to sites across the supply chain network for structured, twice-yearly assessments.

Salary: $110,500–$183,000 annual, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Serve as an independent verification layer for the SCO Best Practices program through structured on-site assessments.
• Evaluate execution across Safety, Continuous Improvement, Training, Staffing/Planning, and Performance Management.
• Conduct floor observations, including Gemba walks, 5S audits, A3 problem-solving reviews, Glass Wall/Gemba board checks, and Leader Standard Work reviews.
• Sample WMS and operational data to validate reported performance and produce evidence-based assessment reports.
• Partner with site GMs, AGMs, and category owners to communicate findings and develop durable corrective action plans.
• Synthesize network-wide patterns, track open items between assessment cycles, and deliver semi-annual insight summaries and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, fulfillment center/distribution center operations, or operational excellence, including hands-on building experience.
• 5+ years of program management or a related discipline, with experience owning complex, cross-functional programs across multi-site networks.
• Experience translating field observations into strategic insights and presenting actionable findings to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Safety, Continuous Improvement, Training, Staffing/Planning, and Performance Management practices, including 5S, A3, and 4DX.
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan WMS, Manhattan Active, HighJump, or Oracle, and the ability to evaluate operational data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience; regular travel to sites is required.
