Specialist, Demand Planning (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Create weekly supplier-level replenishment plans using inventory parameters, actual sell-out data, and forecasts.
• Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and calculate supply plans based on demand forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly supply planning files and KPI reports.
• Monitor inventory coverage across distribution centers and stores, identifying slow-moving and non-moving SKUs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, inventory controllers, and stakeholders to resolve availability issues and balance stock across warehouses.
• Own category-level S&OP issues and support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in demand or supply planning.
• Strong analytical and business skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify patterns and trends.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with FMCG or grocery retailers.
• Experience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce.
