Supply Chain & Export Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; day shift; work with an Australian-based client.

hirify.global is pooling candidates for future supply chain and export operations opportunities with a stable, growing Australian-based natural-health and FMCG business.

What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, couriers, warehouses, suppliers, and transport partners.
• Track shipments, follow up on delays and delivery exceptions, and resolve logistics and order issues.
• Manage purchase orders, customer orders, inventory records, stock levels, and replenishment requirements.
• Prepare shipping, export, customs, and other required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates on inventory, shipments, orders, and supply risks.

Requirements

• Direct experience with honey, Mānuka honey, bee products, food export, natural-health, wellness, FMCG, or similar products.
• Experience exporting to international markets such as the US, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Experience working with international suppliers and logistics partners.
• Experience supporting businesses with multiple products or SKUs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes from suppliers and warehouses to customers and international markets.
