Supply Planner

Location: Hybrid role based in Alexandria, New South Wales, with required travel to Dandenong South (VIC)

What you will do

• Maintain annual forecasts using historical data and business growth plans with monthly accuracy reviews.
• Create and manage production schedules across two manufacturing sites to optimize capacity and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate weekly inter-facility stock transfers of raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage 3PL relationships, including freight, stocktakes, and external storage requirements.
• Support the planning and procurement team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of experience in demand/supply planning, inventory coordination, or production scheduling.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across warehouse, production, and 3PL stakeholders.
• Must be willing and able to travel to Dandenong South (VIC) for in-person shadowing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, hands-on environment.
