Pharmacy Manager

Location: Morgantown, West Virginia, United States; onsite at the Walmart Supercenter

Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and deliver other pharmacy programs in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Provide direction on customer service and resolve patient needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory levels.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and encourage community engagement.
• Analyze reports, implement loss-prevention and safety controls, and oversee safety and quality-assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC certification through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to analyze pharmacy performance, patient outcomes, and financial data.
• Capability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.

Nice to have

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
