RX Manager - Pharmacy Manager

Location: Onsite in Marquette, Michigan, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver comprehensive patient care in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory levels.
• Direct customer service practices and resolve patient needs within company guidelines.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and encourage community engagement.
• Analyze reports, implement loss-prevention and safety controls, and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC credential from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program, such as APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or a state pharmacy association program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to analyze pharmacy and financial data to improve performance, patient outcomes, and business decisions.
• Capability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
