Pharmacy Manager ($30,000 Sign-on Bonus)

Location: Onsite at Walmart Supercenter 01266, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States

Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000, plus performance-based bonuses and a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, and customer service standards.
• Lead community outreach programs and encourage participation in community initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, company policies, safety controls, loss-prevention procedures, and quality assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Experience analyzing data and financial information to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.

Nice to have

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
