Pharmacy Manager (Retail Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite in Ashland, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain accurate pricing, inventory levels, merchandise presentation, and signing.
• Guide customer-service practices and resolve patient and customer needs within company guidelines.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and encourage community engagement.
• Analyze reports and implement loss-prevention, safety, compliance, and quality-assurance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy-performance, patient-outcome, and financial data.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.
