Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex structure compensation.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, and inventory levels.
• Direct customer service practices and resolve patient needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach initiatives and encourage community engagement.
• Analyze reports, implement loss-prevention and safety controls, and oversee quality assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to analyze pharmacy performance, patient outcomes, and financial data.
• Capability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.
