Pharmacy Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hudson Oaks, Texas, United States; onsite at 2801 E Interstate 20

Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000. The role also offers a $30,000 sign-on bonus and performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and deliver other patient-care programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, and inventory levels.
• Guide customer-service practices and resolve patient needs within company policies.
• Lead community outreach activities and encourage community engagement.
• Analyze reports, implement loss-prevention and safety controls, and oversee quality-assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy performance, patient outcomes, and financial data.
• Capability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.
