Inside Sales Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $54,000–$60,000 base compensation per year; target total cash compensation including performance-based bonus: $66,000–$84,000 per year.

What you will do

• Facilitate high-volume inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources.
• Build trust and gather demographic information, presenting problems, and treatment histories.
• Explain financial policies, payment options, and potential financial assistance programs.
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including treatment consents and insurance information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet time-to-admission, admission-rate, and client-satisfaction KPIs.
• Present hirify.global’s individualized clinical model and advance prospective clients into the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–5 years of sales experience; healthcare admissions experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success exceeding performance targets in sales or client admissions.
• Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work a shift-based schedule and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Several state background checks may be required for clearance to see clients.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HIPAA policies.
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context.
