Account Executive (Healthcare Marketing)

Location: Remote, United States; flexibility for possible travel up to 5%.

Salary: $54,000–$76,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, client communications, content planning meetings, and project deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and out-of-scope work.
• Facilitate medical, legal, and regulatory review to support compliant promotional materials.
• Prepare client contact reports, status updates, financial reports, proposals, budgets, and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to coordinate projects, communicate with clients, manage budgets, and maintain quality control.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
