What you will do

• Source experienced Financial Representatives and wealth management advisors using diverse sourcing tools and strategies.
• Travel across the United States to meet advisor recruits and support field leaders with recruiting strategies.
• Execute networking and thought leadership events in various markets.
• Collaborate with business partners on recruiting programs, offerings, content, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop education programs and facilitate live and virtual recruiting training workshops.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on recruiting projects, programs, and strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful recruiting experience focused on experienced Financial Service Representatives and advisors.
• Experience recruiting advisors from various broker-dealers, particularly in holistic and wealth management practices.
• Program development and management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
