Recruiter (Automotive)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must reside in a U.S. state and be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Build proactive, geography- and category-based talent pools using diverse recruiting sources.
• Use hirify.global's AI-powered platform and recruiting technology to source, screen, and match qualified candidates.
• Build trust with candidates by understanding their career goals, motivations, and aspirations.
• Engage clients to understand business needs, team dynamics, company culture, and hiring requirements.
• Develop expertise in automotive and other assigned industries and functional areas.
• Advise candidates and clients using market knowledge, emotional intelligence, and persuasive communication.

Requirements

• Proactive, resourceful startup mindset with the ability to create sourcing strategies and drive progress independently.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse candidates and clients.
• Confidence with cold outreach, phone communication, objection handling, and influencing decisions.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a changing recruiting environment.
• Experience working inside a large enterprise company where relationships are important.
• Authorization to work in the United States and residence in a U.S. state are required.
