Lead Operator (Inventory Management)

What you will do

• Monitor and control raw materials and manufacturing supplies, including stock movements, storage conditions, quality checks, and inventory availability.
• Maintain warehouse labeling, organization, storage accuracy, unloading procedures, and compliance with safety regulations and 6S standards.
• Lead the full cycle count program, including planning, execution, follow-up actions, KPI reporting, documentation, and auditor collaboration.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes and trends, and develop preventive action plans.
• Maintain accurate ERP inventory records and ensure all stock movements, paperwork, and bills of lading are properly processed.
• Work with Warehouse, Production, Planning, Quality Control, Purchasing, and auditors to improve material flow, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of LEAN and 5S practices and strong organizational skills.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to manage documentation, reporting, data analysis, and logistics-related systems and tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with audits or continuous improvement in a warehouse or production environment.
