TL;DR
Warehouse & Logistic Lead (Material Management and Logistics): Overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, packaging, and domestic and international freight coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an accent on customs compliance, ERP/WMS records, and operational efficiency. Focus on leading logistics teams, improving material flow, managing carrier performance, and ensuring ISO, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia; onsite warehouse and logistics operations

What you will do

  • Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies.
  • Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, warehouse space utilization, safety, and housekeeping.
  • Coordinate packaging line operations to meet quality, labelling, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ERP/WMS records.
  • Manage domestic and international freight movements, including scheduling, route planning, and carrier performance.
  • Lead logistics, warehouse, and packaging teams, improve productivity, and drive operational KPIs and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with import/export documentation and customs processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or electronics environments.
