Apartment Leasing Consultant - Zerzura

Location: Las Vegas, NV, USA; onsite at Zerzura

Salary: Up to USD 20 per hour, plus commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Follow the sales process, promptly follow up with active prospects, and schedule and conduct apartment tours.
• Present the value of the Zerzura community and help prospects select their new home.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and contribute to commission-generating lease outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Provide leasing support to other hirify.global as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts and follow Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success with goal setting, achievement, and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills and a collaborative, adaptable approach.
• Flexible availability during office hours; the typical schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
