What you will do

• Manage HR tools including Excel, HRIS, and Confluence.
• Support the onboarding process for new talent.
• Contribute to HR projects such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and training programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities and social events.
• Handle day-to-day office operations and logistics in the Barcelona office.

Requirements

• Active student in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR/Psychology or a recent graduate.
• Ability to sign a 6-month internship agreement.
• Professional level of English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides).
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a creative mindset.
