What you will do
- Manage the ground handling procurement category to deliver value through pricing, savings, service quality, supply chain reliability, and Local Content objectives.
- Develop and update category strategies, demand plans, market analyses, savings targets, and sourcing approaches.
- Lead sourcing strategies and execution through contract award, including high-value and complex scopes, negotiations, financial analysis, and total cost of ownership assessment.
- Review and challenge work scopes and specifications with business users using market standards and commercial benchmarks.
- Ensure accurate contract documentation, system records, commercial terms, and post-contract management.
- Lead supplier relationship management for strategic vendors and support procurement operations capability development.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant category management, procurement, or supply chain experience.
- Degree-level qualification preferred.
- CIPS or another relevant professional qualification, certification, or membership is desirable.
- Experience with category strategy, sourcing execution, commercial negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance management.
