Senior Technical Sourcing Specialist (Aerospace & Defence)

What you will do

• Assess customer RFP technical requirements and identify suitable defence products and suppliers.
• Develop sourcing strategies, evaluate suppliers, and perform technical bid analysis.
• Coordinate with bid, engineering, procurement, and commercial stakeholders to align sourcing solutions with project requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and industry partners.
• Monitor market trends, benchmark solutions, and attend industry exhibitions to identify opportunities.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality, security, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in the aerospace and defence industry.
• Strong understanding of bid management and technical sourcing processes.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
