What you will do

• Guide customers through vehicle selection, model options, features, value-added products, services, and purchase and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle test drives while following speed limits and road-safety rules.
• Negotiate and close sales clearly, concisely, and ethically.
• Explain vehicle operation, features, warranties, and servicing requirements during delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and current knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attend required meetings and training, and help educate new staff members.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and composure-under-stress skills.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, professional, and able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Sales experience in any industry is beneficial but not required.
