Team Leader I - 2nd Shift - Distribution

Location: Lakeville, Massachusetts, United States of America; onsite, second shift

Pay range: $73,499–$91,795 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop associates assigned to the second shift.
• Communicate production expectations, monitor performance, and ensure staffing supports daily efficiency targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster problem-solving across the distribution operation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy warehouse environment; investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Resolve quality and accuracy issues, oversee equipment and supply readiness, and coordinate service providers.
• Manage shift handovers, administrative tasks, inventory control support, and escalation of operational issues.

Requirements

• Two years of supervisory experience and three years of distribution or warehouse operations experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate associates, implement change, and improve individual and group performance.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with extended periods of standing or sitting, stair climbing, computer use, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or supply chain management preferred.
