Lending Advisor (Auto Finance)

Location: Agoura Hills, California, USA — corporate office, on-site

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 average range per year; base pay of $18.47 per hour plus potential bonuses. A $1,000 monthly bonus guarantee applies during the first three months unless the earned bonus is higher.

What you will do

• Guide applicants through online prequalification for auto loans and ensure accurate, efficient completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams throughout the purchase process.
• Identify sales prospects, follow up on leads and referrals, and manage dealer accounts.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for management at franchise dealerships.
• Build and grow relationships with independent and franchise dealer communities.
• Communicate promotions and training materials and train dealers on documentation required for fast contract funding.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to persuade and influence others and build customer rapport.
• Strong knowledge of cold calling, appointment setting, sales techniques, advertising, and sales promotion.
• Required knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and web applications such as Chrome or Internet Explorer.
• High school diploma required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to new technology.

Nice to have

• Previous automotive, finance, sales, or car dealership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
