Auto Lending Advisor (Auto Finance)

Location: Corporate Office, on-site in Agoura Hills, California, USA

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 average range per year; base pay of $18.47 per hour plus potential bonus. A $1,000 monthly bonus guarantee applies during the first three months unless the earned bonus is higher.

What you will do

• Guide applicants through the online prequalification process for auto loans.
• Serve as the primary contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams throughout the financing and vehicle purchasing process.
• Identify sales prospects, follow up on leads and referrals, and set appointments with independent and franchise dealers.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for dealership management and communicate promotions, marketing information, and training materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships within independent and franchise dealer communities.
• Train dealers on the documentation required for fast contract funding.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build rapport with customers.
• Ability to persuade and influence others, conduct presentations, and apply cold-calling, appointment-setting, and sales techniques.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook, and web applications such as Chrome and Internet Explorer.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Automotive, finance, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
