Location: Kinston, North Carolina, United States; full-time onsite role. Work is primarily office-based with frequent exposure to hangar conditions, and occasional travel of less than 10% may be required.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the supply chain strategy for procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier management.
- Lead and develop procurement, logistics, and inventory teams while driving accountability, process improvement, and cost optimization.
- Oversee sourcing, purchasing, supplier negotiations, performance scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage material forecasting, inventory planning, warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, customs, freight, and AOG support.
- Ensure aircraft parts handling, storage, documentation, and traceability comply with FAA Part 145 requirements and internal quality standards.
- Manage budgets, supply chain KPIs, risk mitigation, sustainability initiatives, executive reporting, and collaboration with planning, quality, project management, and maintenance departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or inventory management.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement systems, project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP/MIS reporting tools.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly; ability to work in an office and hangar environment and regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification. A comprehensive background check and FAA-compliant pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing are required.

- Experience in an MRO environment.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation industry best practices.
- Experience with Corridor or Coupa.
- Experience managing rotable, expendable, and consumable aircraft stock.
